Barrett (Barry) W. Thomas will be appointed as senior vice provost in the University of Iowa Office of the Provost, recognizing his leadership and strategic contributions during the past year as associate provost for faculty and strategic operations. He will transition to the appointment as soon as a new associate provost for faculty is in place.

Four members of the University of Iowa Office of Student Financial Aid community received statewide recognition from the Iowa Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (IASFAA) for their contributions to student success, leadership, professional service, and higher education.
