Confidence starts with understanding yourself. In this interactive symposium, faculty will explore how greater self awareness can strengthen their confidence, leadership, and effectiveness. Using the Enneagram as a framework for reflection, participants will uncover the motivations and patterns that shape how they communicate, respond to challenges, and work with others. Through conversation and hands on exercises, participants will identify strengths they can build on, recognize habits that may be holding them back, and leave with new approaches for navigating challenges and working with others with greater intention and confidence.
