Established, Centralized Peer-Facilitated Academic Support Programs

  • Supplemental Instruction (SI) Leader
    • Responsible for out-of-class support sessions based in active and collaborative learning. Sessions focus on students gaining a deeper understanding of course content and learning study strategies.
    • Role is centrally coordinated through the Office of Student Learning.
  • Learning Assistant (LA)
    • Responsible for in-class facilitation support in high-enrollment courses (e.g., lectures) through activities and problem sets.
    • Role is centrally coordinated through the Office of Student Learning.
