Here are the steps you need to complete:
- With this review, goals should be set for January 1 – December 31, 2023

Business Rule: Only employees who have had continuous regular employment 3 months prior to the cycle end date (03/31) require a performance review. New hires Jan-March should focus on goal setting for the new review period and you can choose whether to upload them on the review form or save separately for use in the next performance review.

Fiscal salary related implications:
- Employees hired less than 2 months prior to a college/division budget increase date are not eligible for a fiscal year salary increase or lump sum payment.
- Employees hired 2-6 months prior to a college/division budget increase date will be eligible for a fiscal year salary increase and/or lump sum payment, unless stated otherwise in their offer letter.

Live Healthy Iowa is a program offered to all Iowans to improve health and well-being! Teams of 2-10 people track activity minutes and/or weight loss over the course of 10 weeks.
-Each week, your team is ranked on a leader board to see where they measure against teams at the University of Iowa and across the state.
-Registering as a University of Iowa team will allow for friendly competition with other UI teams as a part of an online dashboard.

Join liveWELL in a 3-week program to gain an understanding of mindfulness skills that will help you work toward a more calm and present state in your everyday life. We partnered with students from the Department of Health and Human Physiology to come up with 21 activities that you can use to practice mindfulness using your senses, breath, and reflection.
Diabetes Prevention Program
liveWELL is offering the CDC's Diabetes Prevention Program to UI faculty and staff again this spring. New groups start January 2023. Get a full year of support and build habits for healthy eating, physical activity, and more. Info sessions are happening now! Learn more and sign up for an info session in Employee Self-Service, My Training.

-Access to Free Health Coaching to work on specific areas you want to improve related to your well-being. A Health Coach may refer you (at no cost) to other programs such as Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Personal Training, or Lifestyles Prevention Programs.
