Conflicts of Commitment and Interest and Annual Report of Outside Professional Activities
Policy:

Reporting (annual):
Activities involving a faculty member's professional expertise must be reported on the Annual Report of Outside Professional Activities form on the web.
Disclosure (by activity):
Disclosure regarding conflicts of commitment or conflicts of interest in the workplace must be made in writing to the DEO prior to initiating the activity (or at the point at which a non-disclosed activity exceeds the disclosure threshold).

When a conflict of commitment of conflict of interest in the workplace is disclosed, the DEO shall develop a written management plan.
