Faculty Evaluation: Tenure Review

In late summer of each year, the Provost sends out materials for Tenure and Promotion Review.  Guidelines for Tenure and Promotion Decision-Making and the Recommendation for Faculty Promotion Cover Sheet are available on the web.  Promotion and tenure policy can be found in the UI Operations Manual at http://www.uiowa.edu/~our/opmanual/iii/10.htm and http://provost.uiowa.edu/wireframe/faculty/fachandbk/faculty.htm.  No HR forms are needed to affect Promotion and Tenure actions (i.e. promote to new rank and/or tenure status).
